Measure around the fullest part of your bust so you ensure the best fit. Wrap a soft tape measure from the front, under your armpits and around your shoulder blades and then back to the front again, making sure you are measuring the fullest part of your chest. Best to do this without clothing for a more accurate measurement!
Strip down to your underwear so your mid-section is visible. Stand in front of a full size mirror and bend to the side and make note of where your body creases. This is your natural waist. It should be the narrowest part of your waist, and is generally located between your rib cage and belly button. Wrap a soft tape measure around this section. Don't hold your breath or suck your stomach in! You want it to be comfortable.
Again in your underwear, stand in front of a full length mirror with your back straight and your heels together. Wrap a soft tape and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, usually located 7-9 inches below your natural waist. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.
